If your looking for some inspiration below are some of Somerset Grill Co favourite live-fire YouTubers.
Fire, Feast and Friends
If you enjoy live fire cooking, then you will definitely want to subscribe to the new youtube channel: 'Fire, feast and friends', its a great channel. The posh kebab recipe is definitely worth a watch.
CountryWoodSmoke
We are Happy to say BBQ legend Marcus Bawden has two of our Glastonbury Asado Grills one at home and one at the UK BBQ School. His YouTube Channel is a great place to learn about all things BBQ.
Hunter-Gatherer Cooking
We have been working with Alex since the very start of Somerset Grill Co and he cover all things food and drink and has been putting the Glastonbury Asado Grill through its paces over the last year and made some awesome videos if you want to see the grill in action take a look.
The Smokin Elk
The Smokin Elk covers ever part of BBQ from smoking to cooking over wood fire on his Braai, with a great ability to show the whole cooking process from start to finish. He doesn't have a Glastonbury Asado Grill but his youtube channel is great resource, I watched the Smoking Elk rotisserie pork recipe on Kamado Joe before doing it on the Glastonbury for the first time, with great results, 24hrs air drying the fridge first makes such a difference.
Locos Al Saldo
Must be one of the best live fire YouTube channels, the only downside is it in Spanish but it’s a greats source for cooking technics and finding new ideas, I have very basic Spanish but with the help of google you can work out the key parts.
Over The Fire Cooking by Derek Wolf
Based in the states, Derek does some great live fire cooking that you can easily try on your Glastonbury Asado Grill.
